It all goes down over August 27 & 28 at the NOS Events Center in San Bernardino. With just hours to go before Insomniacs inaugural Beyond Wonderland at the Gorge, we put together an all-encompassing cheat sheet to make your two-day festival experience as smooth as possible. Plus, takeovers from Space Yacht, Diplo’s Higher Ground, Insomniac Records and Factory 93, among others. Insomniac’s Alice in Wonderland themed Beyond Wonderland festival has been postponed to Aug.

The flagship event features Diplo, Subtronics, Flosstradamus, Infected Mushroom, Lady Faith, DJ Diesel, Paul Oakenfold, Nicole Moudaber, and so many more. The two-day event was originally scheduled to take place in June. but overall, it’s one of the most versatile lineups we’ve seen this year. Most people will argue that other events are their favorite.

It’s consistently been my favoritefrom the first time I attended, in 2011, to my most recent, Beyond Wonderland Bay Area 2014. There’s some crossover, with Alison Wonderland, Tiësto, Dr. While EDC Los Angeles 2010 has the honor of being my first Insomniac event, Beyond Wonderland was my first Wonderland. Meanwhile, the Beyond Wonderland SoCal lineup is just as stacked, if not more. Tickets go on sale this Thursday at 11 AM PT here. With over 65 acts across the electronic/dance music spectrum, there’s plenty to get excited about.īeyond Wonderland goes down at The Gorge over October 1 – 2, 2021, with three nights of camping and two days of live music / art exploration in Washington. The two-day event features Alison Wonderland, The Chainsmokers, Rezz, Tiësto, Steve Aoki, Benny Benassi, JOYRYDE, Malaa, G Jones, Whipped Cream, Moore Kismet, Kayzo, Lucii and so many more. With such beautiful weather, Beyond Wonderland is the true start to festival season (sorry, Coachella!), especially in SoCal.The debut lineup for Beyond Wonderland at The Gorge has been revealed, bringing the festival’s magic and fantasy to the Pacific Northwest for the very first time. Because Beyond takes place at the end of March, spring has officially sprung! It hasn’t gotten too hot yet, and there’s usually a perfect breeze. We all know how beautiful SoCal weather is almost all year round, but spring in SoCal is my absolute favorite time of the year (outside of the allergies-damn you, Santa Ana winds!).

Many of my friends love getting the whole crew to dress up as different characters. Alice and friends return to NOS Events Center for another journey down the rabbit hole and the best electronic dance music experience in Southern California. Plus, who doesn’t love toying with outfit ideas? Between Alice, the Mad Hatter, the Cheshire Cat, the White Rabbit, and Tweedledee & Tweedledum, there are so many options. The idea that this particular event celebrates the madness, and takes it a step further––to imagine what lies BEYOND Wonderland––feels like it so perfectly encapsulates Insomniac’s mission of welcoming all: All Sizes, All Cultures, All Beliefs, All Types, All Colors, All Sexes, All Religions. Set times will also appear on the festival guide you receive upon entry. Between unbirthdays and butterflies made out of bread, the world was nonsense! The characters were strange and peculiar-one might even call them mad. During the days leading up to the festival, set times will be posted via this site, our social media sites, the Insomniac app, and email updates (sign up for emails at the bottom of this page). Between the music, the venue, and the overall experience of Beyond Wonderland, we were pleasantly surprised to find that this was one of the best-executed festivals we have attended at the Gorge.
Beyond wonderland insomniac movie#
As a kid, watching the Disney movie confused me like nothing else. On June 18th and 19th, we had the immense pleasure of attending the second Beyond Wonderland at the Gorge put on by Insomniac. I’ve always been intrigued by Alice in Wonderland.
